Asad is the Principal Solicitor at ZK & AS Lawyers. He Migrated to Australia as a skilled migrant about 15 years ago. Being a migrant himself he has first-hand knowledge of the difficulties people face during their migration process to Australia.
He is extremely passionate about his clients and understands their needs to give them tailor made advice as per their circumstances. Asad work experience includes working with clients from different nationalities and background. At times when things don't go in clients favor, he has the know-how to advice clients to appeal at the Administrative Appeal Tribunal, Federal Court and lodge Ministerial Intervention when needed.
Other than Immigration Law, he practices in all areas of litigation including - Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Family law, Insurance Law, and Insolvency.

Having studied in the UK and the USA, Takashi has settled in Australia.
Mr Amano specialises in Immigration Law, Contract Law, Property Law, Insurance Law and Commercial Disputes.
After joining ZK&AS Lawyers, Mr Amano has regularly appeared for individuals and companies in various matters in the Federal Courts, the Courts and the Tribunals of NSW. Recently, he has been involved in insurance disputes concerning Motor Vehicle Accident in NSW.
Besides law practice, Mr Amano is a black belt Judoka. He regularly does practices and supports Judo NSW tournaments.
Mr Amano is fluent in English, Japanese and confidently speaks Chinese (Mandarin). He respects all cultures and can bring people together when negotiating deals. He is the vibrant team member of ZK & AS Lawyers.

Criminal Law, Property Law and Wills & Estates, and Civil Litigation.
She is a passionate professional, with a special interest in Family and Administrative
Laws, and can handle Indian languages like Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil in

Katherine YANG - Administrative Officer
Katherine has Master degrees in Finance and Accounting, and she has extensive experience in the property industry.
After joining ZK&AS Lawyers, Katherine is responsible for providing a wide arrange of tasks such as diary management, billing and accounts payable tasks, and liaising with both internal and external clients.
Katherine speaks Chinese and English.
Hassan Khan - Accountant

Hasan has completed his Bachelors of Accounting and is currently undertaking his skill assessment with CPA Australia. He carries numerous office management duties including accounts. He has recently joined ZK & AS Lawyers and he quickly integrated into the work culture and with his outstanding work performance.
At times Hasan wears number of hats and assists in preparing pre-litigation documents such as - affidavits, statement of claim, notice of motion and court documents. He has an exceptionally professional approach in getting the job done.
Talha Razzaq - Accountant
Bachelor of Accounting
Talha has completed his Bachelors of Accounting and is currently undertaking his professional year and also getting supervised training with ZK & AS Lawyers. He carries numerous office management duties including accounts.
His main responsibilities include, but are not limited to preparation of BAS, Tax Return, PAYG, Account Receivable and Payable etc
At times Talha assists in preparing pre-litigation documents such as - affidavits, statement of claim, notice of motion and court documents. He has an exceptionally professional approach in getting the job done.
